"Kidney stone"

About: The Northern Hospital

(as the patient),

I have many story to tell you but the last story is a ripper. Recently, I was at home in serve pain. I rang the ambulance to come and get me and take me to hospital. They took me to the Northern Epping Hospital.

Well I thought well this is a nice change for once. They seemed to look after me and they took me up stairs in a room and gave me Cat Scan X-rays. After all the test was done they said I have a left side kidney stone 8mm size and would need a stent and laser done. Well they did a stent and sent me home the next day with medicine, then 3 weeks later they called me to do the laser and remove the stent and to replace with a new stent.

I had to be there at a certain time so I went to the waiting room till they called me and they took me to another room waiting for the laser to be done and stent. I was told I was third in line. Well the first person got called and the second also and the third did too. I thought I was the third as I was told by nurse not so I was the last. There were 10 people and then they told me there was an emergency and sent me home for several hours without it being done. What a waste of time so after this, I won't be going back to them.
