At first, I was worried the care was not up to standard until I went in more often and spoke to the Director of Nursing (Jan), Clinical Nurse (Trixie) and several of Carers, ENs and kitchen staff.
I was so impressed of their care for my relative who has now passed. I could see for myself they gave all empathy and care for my relative that was possible and from their family, I thankyou so very much.
