(as a parent/guardian),

My young child had a febrile convulsion recently that went on for about 10 minutes.   I rushed them up the Emergency Department (ED) and the staff were so fantastic. They saw my child immediately and looked after them so well and professionally.   They transferred us up to Casey and all of the staff there were really pleased with the decisions made.   Excellent care.

There is nothing worse than your child being unwell - very scary for parents let alone for the child, and seizures are particularly frightening.

I am so pleased that we were able to respond quickly and appropriately. I hope your child is doing OK.
