"Lack of adequate dental care"

When my relative was there, the staff never had time to brush my relative's teeth because, I feel, they were so rushed. The ad says all residents have access to a Dentist. I do not believe this is true.

The residents need to be transported by family to Atherton 20 minutes away,  where there are public and private dental services. These dentists cannot see bed bound patients and if someone in a wheelchair cannot stand up out of the wheelchair and transfer to the dental chair they cannot be seen either. I feel Ozcare lies!
