"My wife's visit at Box Hill Hospital Fast Track ward"

My wife was sent to Box Hill Emergency Department by her doctor for further examination and treatment. We waited for few hours to be seen by a gynecologist, Dr Clare, however, the long wait was worth it. I have never come across someone who is so empathetic, sensitive but above all, caring and holistic in her approach.

I am an employee at Eastern Health but did not disclose this information to anyone as I didn't want to be treated differently, as such, it was interesting to observe Eastern Health's values at play from the other side.

I am truly appreciative of the overall care given to my wife.
