"Excellent treatment and care at Collie Hospital"

About: Collie Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy at Collie Hospital. The whole process from booking in, pre-admission phone call (to clarify requirements and for me to ask questions) was excellent.

I was told that if my PicoPrep hadn’t worked by a certain time after hours, to call the hospital and I did. They were very busy at the time with an emergency and on the wards, and so I had to call back. When I did, I was told to present myself at the planned time and that I may need an enema.

At all times I felt very cared about and looked after and the procedures (enema and colonoscopy), went well.

I thought my treatment and care by the entire staff was excellent!

Dear CollieNewby,

It’s great to see that the overall process for your procedure at the Collie Hospital went smoothly. It’s also great to receive such positive feedback around how you felt cared for and looked after by Staff at all times. This is something I know Staff pride themselves on, as it is the centre of what they do. I will be sure that they receive your kind message.

I do hope you have made a good recovery and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Collie Hospital.

Kind Regards

Shane Bolton
