Turned up and checked in for appointment, then got a call to tell us that the staff member I needed to see is not working. Receptionist said they were too busy to rebook on the spot. Said they would call, but we heard nothing. Not good!

Dear phoenixq94,

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your experience at Star Health.

Unfortunately, we had several staff unwell yesterday, including reception staff. This meant that those who were at the desk took some time to catch up with cancelling and rescheduling appointments. However, it is acknowledged that the lack of communication with you is unacceptable and I do sincerely apologise for the time you spent waiting, plus the fact you left the service without another appointment.

If you could call 9525 1300 or email your details through to info@starhealth.org.au and attention it to the Service Experience Manager, I would value the chance to speak with you to work through the issues. I can then also organise to have your appointment rescheduled.
