"Praise of a staff member"

I just wanted to write and let you know that Alison is doing a fantastic job. I didn't know of Alison until a few weeks ago when my parent was in hospital and I was going to have to find an aged care facility. Alison was amazing. She was caring, compassionate, she listened to my rantings and ravings and patiently answered all my questions. She then followed up with me and she made sure that every step of the way I felt supported and I knew that there was someone I could ask and someone who knew what I needed to hear and what I needed to do.

I want to say thank you to Alison for making the difficult journey easier and for being there. She is such an asset to the Health Department.
