We moved my parent to Opal Aged Care in Bankstown a couple of months ago. At the beginning, I believe we were promised the world. When my parent moved, in, it felt like we saw the true colours of Opal Bankstown.
I feel they don't look after the elderly, they treat them like crap, and if a resident misses a meal or doesn't like the food, their response is that it is bad luck because that's all they have.
When my parent beeps for assistance, it takes half an hour for someone to respond. I believe they have no respect for human life.
