I was taken to Fiona Stanley with appendicitis recently and was extremely happy with the level of care I received. I came in the evening and the Emergency Physician was terrific. The nursing staff were very professional and displayed great communication to myself about what was going on. By  the next morning I was in for my Laparoscopic Appendectomy and the quality of the surgical team was fantastic. The surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses all had brilliant bedside manners and were very reassuring. My experience at Fiona Stanley was excellent and it has amazing staff and world-class facilities.

It was lovely to read of the supportive and friendly care you received in the ED and at the time of your surgery. Our staff really do put patients first and I am very glad that this was how you were made to feel.
