(as a relative),

My parent was seen in the Emergency Department (ED) recently by Dr Jo. I can not thank her enough for her care and kindness when treating my parent. Dr Jo explained everything and made my parent feel very comfortable. 

Thank you for having such a wonderful Dr in your Emergency Department. I hope she stays in Sale for a long time.
