About: Kalbarri Health Centre / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

We are foreigners who had a serious car accident earlier this year in Kalbarri.

After this accident, they brought us in the Kalbarri Emergency Department.

The medical treatment by our doctor Alex was very good, fast and professional.

The situation was very difficult for us, foreign country, foreign language, pain, shocked and desperate. But our angels, especially the nurse Carolina had such a good way to keep us calm and feel safe which was so much more than the business like usual. Just great.

Thankful we are back home, and think back and remember.

I was sorry to read about your car accident, it is such a scary thing to happen to anyone and can imagine how stressful this would have been for you whilst visiting Australia. It is great to hear that the care you received at Kalbarri Health Service was professional and high quality and that it made you feel calm and safe during this stressful time.
