I had need to take a family member to the Urgent Care Centre at the MIIC/Health Hub on Phillip Island recently.

Thank you to Bass Coast Health for such a professional approach to treating a knowledgeable patient. You should be proud the staff. All of them conduct themselves with pride in their facility and organisation. The welcome, assessment and communication was professional. The attention to detail was impressive, including an explanation of the problem to my family member. Lovely group on duty that day and lovely teamwork in action while it was busy.
