Excellent care. Friendly. Everyone from doctors, nurses, tea ladies, cleaners were excellent.

They made you feel like you really do matter and that you are not just a patient they know how to have a good joke and a laugh to put you at ease.

Always good to go home - but they made the stay and pain bearable.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback to our team at Wonthaggi Hospital. It’s a huge privilege to lead the staff who work at BCH. I truly believe they work hard to deliver the sort of care we would all want to receive and I know they live to get this feedback. I reckon I can guess those that tried to bring some laughter into the day and helped put you at ease. Praise to them!
