"Awesome work by the Yarra Ranges Health team"

I'm very grateful for the work done by the team at Yarra Ranges Health. Awesome pre-op, surgical and post-op team. My 2nd procedure with them. Professional, relaxed and friendly. The surgeon was great – open and clear communication and did an amazing job. And the nursing team was genuine and supportive. 

I didn't sleep well the night before the op, with some anxiety. The interactions with staff and the atmosphere helped me to feel calmer. And the wait before the procedure wasn't long. 

The procedure itself seemed to go fairly smoothly. I would've liked a take home video of the op! Post-op was lovely – they led me to a comfy chair and gave me apple juice and biscuits.

Overall, a very positive experience of healthcare. Thankyou all.
