Recently, I called the Emergency Department at night and was looking for the ward clerk. The staff who answered the call didn't understand me and I felt was so rude. Instead of respectfully asking me to repeat what I said, they just said, What and oh God, put me on hold for 10 mins and didn't get back to me.

You, whoever you are, I feel you are a horrible person with a very disgusting attitude. Don't act like you're the only busy person in the hospital. I believe you need to fix your attitude!

We very sorry that you were spoken to in such an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. We will ask the Administration Manager to speak with the staff member and impress upon them the need for courteous and helpful phone support for any person within the community who requires assistance.
