"Good and efficient service"

About: The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had to come into the Emergency Department (ED) at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital recently (on a weekend as my condition flared up).

The staff were excellent and professional.

The front desk staff, from triaging through to the final wrap-up with a follow-up appointment, were quick and efficient.

The registrars who saw me were also fantastic - they were articulate in explaining my condition to me and there was also a second opinion by another registrar given.

It was certainly a good patient experience and I was out of there as quickly as possible, within the time constraints of the process.

Impressed!
