I'm chronically ill and was booked in for a Respiratory function test at the RMH - Respiratory Clinic. Emre, the scientist, took the test and was instantly warm and reassuring. He educated me on why I was here and what was needed from me. He was attentive and kind which is sometimes rare in the medical world and I'm very appreciative of this. He also actually asked me about my life and wasn't dismissive of anything I said. We spoke about Star Wars and for me, it closed the barrier of that clinical hospital vibe that I believe no patient likes.
I had to share such a positive experience because it really made my day!
Thank you, Emre, fingers crossed Disney hasn't disappointed us with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
