"Great patient service at Derby Hospital"

I've had several visits to the Radiology Department at Derby Hospital over the past several months and received amazing service from Layne on Reception. On one occasion, I was referred to receive a treatment that couldn't be done in Derby.

In past experiences with hospitals, I've just been advised where I should call and not been provided a number. However, in this instance Layne went above and beyond and personally called Broome and managed to have me squeezed onto a clinic list which another employee had told me was fully booked and I would have to wait.

Within an hour, she sent through all of my paperwork to Broome and called me with an appointment day for two days' time. I felt very grateful and always enjoy my encounters with Layne when I visit the hospital.
