I'm a person with a mistrust of hospitals due to other experiences. So I waited too long to front up to Exmouth ED in substantial pain with no ability to urinate. Was that a mistake waiting and pre-judging.
I was rushed straight in and drained of 1.8 litres of urine. Much better but still some pain and infection. I was kept in for 6 nights with drips and drains. The doctors and nurses worked their magic, keeping me up to date with their treatments.
After release, my backup visits for prostate treatments were second to none. They have re-examined my total medication use and suggested more reductions.
Would never have believed you get better treatment outside the "big smoke".
Thanks to Dave, Roger, Shashi and nursing staff.
