(as the patient),

I recently spent approx nine days in hospital in Ward 9C. I just want to express my gratitude to the amazing nurses in Ward 9C, they were caring and efficient and made sure I was comfortable. 

I also want to thank Dr Justin and Dr Lesley as I was under their care and they listened and also looked into every way they could help me and were both professional and compassionate.
