I have called and spoke to the operator. They transferred me to a staff member.
I asked about getting in for an appointment and I feel this person did not want to get me in. I said I am in extreme pain. They were asking me all these questions to fit the requirements.
I told them I can't sleep at night and feel sick when I wake up and pale. I can't eat solid foods, just drink water and soup only.
That person I spoke to said go see your GP and wait in line till my turn comes. I said I can't wait that long. I feel they been rude and not helping me out.
I believe they hold appointments dates for other people and are not giving me an earlier appointment.
That's very unfair.
I am not happy with these services and staff I think are very rude too when talking on the phone.
