(as a parent/guardian),

I had to take my child to the Angliss Hospital ED recently & we were very fortunate that there was no one waiting, so we went straight in and were attended to by Dr Akin and the nurse Justine, in the fast track area.

My child was in a lot of pain, & your staff were fantastic & acted promptly to remove the staple hinge stuck in their big toe. Could not have been happier with the service & compassion shown towards us, for a fairly minor injury. Thank you so much😊

Thank you so much for taking the time to share comments regarding your experience when attending the Emergency Department at Angliss Hospital with your child.

I was so pleased to read how the staff have so clearly demonstrated the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility. It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with Dr Akin and Justine particularly, plus also their managers so they can see the difference their actions made for you and your child.

I trust they have recovered and back to their normal activities!
