"Trying to contact the service provider"

About: Wendy's Home Care

(as a service user),

I tried to contact Wendy's Home Care but was placed on hold four times. Was asked four times how they could help and then was, I felt, rudely interrupted four times and placed on hold. I am shocked with what I feel was the lack of professionalism by the care provider. I cannot imagine how clients feel if they are having to be greeted this way.
