About: North Midlands Health Service

(as the patient),

I had to have some simple tests done at North Midlands Hospital. I wasn't sure if I was able to get them done so I asked the nurses Lyn and Rowena. They were so friendly and offered to do them immediately but I needed to be fasting so I had to return the next day. When I came in I saw Wendy and she was so gentle and professional and quickly helped me so that I could then continue on with my day. It was such a relief that I didn't need to travel all the way to another service.
