"Staff were the best I've ever experienced in a hospital"

About: Southern Cross Health Service / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I got brought into the ED at approx in the middle of the night and left the next evening. The staff at this hospital were the best I've ever experienced in a hospital. They went out of their way for me from making me food in the early hours of the morning to organising clearance letters from the doctor to send to my workplace. 

The doctor on duty was great. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. 

My spouse was also with me and they made them feel so welcome. 

I kind of felt like my hospital visit was more like a hotel stay!
