(as the patient),

I went to emergency in a great deal of pain. I was treated well, with kindness and everything was explained so I understood. I was seen immediately and was taken to a quiet ward so I could get some sleep. The nursing staff, in particular, have been phenomenal. Especially when taking time to address my emotional and mental health, not just the physical. The ideal healthcare is one where love is involved and I received that here in my latest stay.
