"Facility improvements"

The area Monash Pathology Department has been allocated is totally unsuitable in my opinion. It is situated right on a busy corner necessitating people waiting to be in the road of passing pedestrian traffic.

I feel the waiting room is too small with people having to wait in the busy hallway. Fortunately, there was only one disabled person with a walker, but there was a very pregnant lady & many elderly patients.

I believe Monash needs to appoint more staff, at least one admin person, rather than have the young person taking details then having to perform the pathology duties. 

Due to unforeseen circumstances I could not have my pathology done until recently, when I enquired if the specialist would have the results within a few days, I was told no, they would have to go to Melbourne to be done.
