(as a parent/guardian),

My adult child had surgery recently at Royal Perth Hospital, which included an overnight stay on Ward 4 A. My child was very nervous as it was their very first visit to hospital and didn't know what to expect.

From the admission staff to the pre-op, surgery, post-op care and discharge staff we thank you. We both felt the service was fantastic and everyone made my child feel safe and reassured. Special thanks to Kylie, the nurse on duty in the evening and the next day. Her professionalism, caring and always smiling attitude made me feel proud to say I was a nurse - thank you Kylie. Keep up with the great work.
