Let me start by saying that the staff care is wonderful. Couldn't fault any of the staff that attended to my parent. They really care and go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. As soon as the buzzer goes off they are there. All the staff are great and the care has been wonderful.

My only issue is I feel the air condition temperature is too cold. My other parent and myself believe we got sick from the cold temperature at the hospital. We couldn't visit my parent in hospital who is receiving chemo treatment because we were too sick. When my parent is receiving treatment they have to have three blankets on. We couldn't stay for more than half an hour due to the cold air. However, my parent was well cared for by Dr Winston and Dr J.
