The care that I received, during what could’ve been the most scariest time in my life, was absolutely faultless by both the midwives and doctors.

I was due for an induction of labour at Osborne Park Hospital, and met my unforgettable midwives Sophie, Ahlem?, Jen and Lacey. From the moment my waters  broke, I felt a state of calm and was well looked after throughout the afternoon and night. 

When the induction started, Sophie was kind, calm, professional, made sure that my partner and I were always well informed and looked after. 

Unfortunately for myself, the induction didn’t go to plan, but Dr Jeff ensured that I was well informed of the complications, the plan, but not after I gave it a solid chance. Initially frightened of a caesarean section, I never felt pressured by Dr Jeff, but instead very safe. 

In theatre, it was a family vibe but still very professional. And my baby was delivered safely. 

The post care was exceptional, even with the very friendly Dr Dee coming to check in. 

My partner and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care. We thank you (again!) so very much.

Many thanks for sharing your experience of our midwives and doctors who provided care during your labour.

While having a baby is a wonderful celebration of life, it can be very stressful when the birth does not progress as planned. I am so pleased to hear that you were guided through a challenging birth with a professionalism that allayed your fears and addressed your concerns.

I would also like to thank you for your thoughtfulness in remembering the names of those involved in your care. Sophie, Ahlem, Jen, Lacey, Dr Jeff and Dr Dee have already been advised of your feedback and are very appreciative of the acknowledgement.

Thank you once again and I hope that your baby brings much joy to you and your partner.
