"Excellent hospital service"

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Developed a spontaneous floating spot in my right eye.

Presented at Collie Hospital, one late afternoon. The reception lady was so welcoming, the Registered Nurses in the A&E were very professional (that is what is required) plus they were caring.

My waiting time to see the GP on call was less than 30 minutes. This is a public hospital and I was prepared to wait.

Thank you all. Credit to Collie

Dear jazzgc68,

Thank you for providing such lovely feedback following your presentation to Collie Hospital Emergency Department for investigation and treatment of an eye complaint. It is really good to hear that staff were welcoming and that you were seen and treated promptly. The staff at Collie Hospital provide a great local service and respond to the needs of the community to ensure great care is available to everyone.

I hope that you are feeling better. I will ensure that the staff involved are made aware of your kind words.

Kind Regards

Lucy Murphy

A/District Manager Collie Hospital
