About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Kimberley

(as a parent/guardian),

The service I received from the PATS Officer (Jane) was outstanding. I took my urgent form to her and they set about booking and arranging accommodation straight away - ensuring that it suited my child and I. Her positive and friendly attitude made a stressful situation better, and I am forever grateful of the PATS service WACHS provides.

Thank you very much for your feedback regarding Jane our PATS officer here in Kununurra. I will certainly pass on your comments to Jane and let her know. We certainly try to provide as much assistance as possible when patients and families have to travel from the Kimberley for further medical treatment.
