(as a relative),

I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of cleaning provided by Intergrated Living. I feel it is shameful for older Australians, who have worked all of their adult life like my parent. I seriously do not know what the domestic help did for the 1.5 hours each fortnight. In my opinion, public toilets are far far cleaner than what this person left the state of my parent's house in. Dust accumulated on skirting boards and dirt behind movable objects.

In regards to moving objects, Support Workers are limited on what they can pick up and move due to WHS restriction but we would need more information to determine in your case, whether this was a restriction.
