I attended Albany Health Campus for a standard colonoscopy. The whole experience was first-class. Not only couldn't fault it, but 'organisational culture' was as good as anywhere I've ever been.

Everyone I dealt with, from receptionist through nursing staff, anaesthetist and surgeon were cheerful, caring and considerate. I felt lucky and privileged to have access to such superb services in a public health system.
