(as the patient),

Came into ED recently with a painful ankle issue. I appreciated being informed of the waiting times. My gratitude, sincere thanks for the kindnesses shown to me & my family:

From Admission to Triage with Sarah, to ED Dr Megan, Laura, John who escorted me to X-rays, and Dr Jack.

To the nurse who took me up to 6 South-East. To the nurses Zara, Tiju, Tamara for taking such wonderful care of me.

To the Diabetes staff including Lois, Emma & Doctors.

To Louise from Pharmacy, Rhiannon & Michael for taking the time to say hello.
In my opinion, you are all absolute angels for your kindness & caring for the community. Thank you for your exceptional care & warmest appreciation whilst I was a patient.
