My child had a minor accident shortly after arriving in Dunsborough from Perth.
The wind caused a door to slam shut and unfortunately, my child's finger bore the brunt of it causing the nail to break entirely off from the nail bed. Needless to say, there was a lot of blood (& tears).
After getting everything under control (including the bleeding), we decided to take my child to the emergency room as we were concerned about the extent of the damage.
Our experience through Triage, and then into the emergency room was seamless. The doctor and nurses were thorough, yet kind and caring. My child has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and they were conscious of this too in their treatment of my child. Overall I cannot fault the experience in any way and only have appreciation and thanks for them.
We subsequently went back a few days later as we needed more dressings and bandages and once again the staff were very helpful and efficient.
More often than not, people only comment when they want to complain so I thought it would be nice to share something positive.
Thanks again!
