About: Royal Perth Hospital / Acute Assessment & Medical Ward 5B & Surgical Ward 5E

(as the patient),

I'd like to give a big thank you to all the nurses, doctors, cleaners and other staff for the amazing professional help over my stay recently. I feel so privileged to have been taken care of by Ward 5 Royal Perth Hospital. It may not be the newest hospital but in my opinion, it will always be the best.

I believe there's something very special about the feeling you get from everyone there. It's hard to describe but I feel it's full of true unconditional heart and care which in turn, makes the healing process easier.

Royal Perth Hospital, I pray your doors never close as I think it would have to be the best hospital in the world. A place of magic.

Thank you so much for your compliment and kind words about our staff. I have passed on your message to the staff involved in your care at Ward 5 at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH).

I agree that RPH is an amazing place and the loyalty and commitment of the staff is very special.

I can reassure you that there has been a commitment to continue the excellent services provided by RPH with significant investment in upgrades and innovative projects including a new helipad, substantial refurbishment to the intensive care units, the development of a remote monitoring command centre just to name a few.

I wish you well with your recovery and I am pleased we have been able to contribute positively to that.
