"Excellent care given to me"

About: Kerang Hospital

(as the patient),

I would recommend the Kerang Hospital to anyone, for the excellent care given to me.

I felt nothing was too much trouble for them attending to my needs, from the nursing staff, kitchen and even the cleaning staff. The four students were also so kind and gentle and caring as were everyone that attended to me.

Thank you for your feedback - it is wonderful to hear someone so appreciative of the care they received whilst in hospital from staff working in all areas of the organisation (Catering and Domestic/ Clinical/ Administration).

Our staff continue to strive towards Kerang District Health values of care, accountability, respect and excellence.

We are very fortunate to have students, both international and local rotate through the organisation, and I agree that they are very kind and caring people.

I will forward your comments to all staff - thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.
