ED treatment good except I felt the doctor put me on the spot about whether I wanted to be a public or private patient - I didn't think that was fair.
Ward nursing was o.k. except the nursing staff that looked after me didn't seem to know how to put on arm sling and it kept coming off - eventually, physiotherapists fixed it.
I feel some nurses voices were too loud and jarring while trying to sleep.
The nurse who bathed me before the operation provided very minimal assistance - just a bowl of warm water and a sponge and didn't supervise.
I feel the food needs a great deal of improvement - in my opinion, the meat looks like it has been stewed for a month with the fat left on and had a rubbery microwave texture. I felt the smell was unpleasant. I found the plastic knives and forks were incapable of cutting tough meat so I had to eat with fingers. I felt the vegetables were half raw.
