"Patients with dementia"

About: The Ormsby

(as other),

I feel dementia patients should not be all lumped together as one or treated the same as the others.

In my opinion, many have lucid moments and feel insecure and anxious. Not all are grubby and need clean clothes every day. They should not be left with a skeleton staff on the weekends, where they cannot possibly be made to feel cared for. I feel they should be supervised at the dining tables.

I was extremely upset at what my spouse went through. I took them home after 6 days but I had paid for 2 weeks. I am their spouse and carer.

The home is lovely, the staff are friendly, but it seemed important details are missing when it comes to dementia.
