(as a relative),

As a child of parents being supported by Flexi Health, I cannot sing enough praise for the empathy and support offered to both of my elderly parents during a sensitive and difficult time.

There is help out there, sometimes we just can't do it alone.

Dear triangulumpn58,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this wonderful feedback about our hugely compassionate Flexi Health team. This team facilitates care and support to older people wanting to stay living at home and they are simply awesome in my view!

As a daughter of very elderly parents who also receive packaged care in Melbourne, I know first hand that our service here is a cut above others and I also know that it is almost impossible to do it alone. It's such a hard thing to work out the best ways to support our elderly relatives to stay at home.

I am so pleased our service has been able to assist you and your family. All the best to you all!
