(as a parent/guardian),

Took my child into the Emergency Department (ED) after they had fallen off monkey bars at school. Great reception in the ED. I believe my child was well looked after, I felt the compassion and care given was above and beyond.

The doctor was magnificent. My child felt very comfortable and the doctor made the experience a pleasure to deal with. My child was happy to talk about how nice they were. Radiology, great care in my opinion, when taking Xrays and a great experience. 

All-round thanks to the staff/nurses at reception, doctor and radiologist. I feel it was a great environment and great service. Well done.
