About: Cowes Phillip Island Health Hub

(as the patient),

I had cause to attend Cowes Medical Hub recently, and I cannot commend the staff enough. The nurses were fantastic and one particular doctor, I believe his name is Peter, made me feel so welcomed and explained everything clearly. The nurse that morning was also very welcoming.

I was told to arrive early morning for my appointment before the rush so I got there just after 7am and they were just fantastic. When they say they’ll see you in 2 minutes they saw you in 2 minutes.

The reception lady was also very nice, I believe her name was Susana. It was truly a pleasure to go there and it was just lovely to be looked after the way they did me.

The Phillip Island Health Hub is a fantastic facility, staffed by excellent staff who truly care for their local community. I am so pleased that you had a positive experience and when I pop in this morning, I will make sure they get your feedback. They are all very proud of what they do and I know they will be chuffed. You have also perfectly captured the best way to get seen quickly - our busiest times are between 8am and 8pm so if you come outside those hours, the chances of you getting seen quickly are much greater! Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and we look forward to the community's continued support as we continue to expand this service!
