About: Pemberton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I presented with chest pain. The staff in emergency who looked after me were absolutely fantastic. They were so attentive and supportive of me. 

The nursing staff explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely Jan (at Reception) was so helpful, and polite. She even gave me a cup of tea (once the nursing staff said it was ok to eat and drink). The sandwiches from the kitchen were delicious. 

I felt so safe and care for. 

I had a very positive experience at Pemberton. Thank you so much to everyone at Pemberton Hospital. In my opinion, you are all so wonderful.
