First, I am writing now and I am under massive pain on a daily basis for more than one month.
I am suffering from severe hemorrhoids with non-stop pain for more than one month. I feel my life is in danger, the pain is killing me slowly. I cannot work and I cannot look after myself.
I went to emergency after I passed out on the train. They were very helpful. They give me panadol in the hospital and said sorry. We spoke to the dr on the phone and said I need to see a specialist. But they said they can't consider it as an emergency.
It's the middle of the night as I am writing this and I cannot sleep from pain and I have to go to work and do my job and keep paying taxes.
If I was overseas I feel I would be treated as a human, not like this.
Last thing the staff member on reception, please when the patient is giving you information and their English is not good, be patient with them and don't make a laugh on them. I couldn’t give you the right feedback cause I was under severe pain.
