"The staff and service we received"

About: Margaret River Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My spouse had a bad fall when a branch got caught in the front wheel of their bicycle. The front-wheel locked and they went over the handlebars, landing heavily on their shoulder and badly grazing their arm.

We were driven to the hospital by a lovely stranger. When we got to the A & E (Emergency) we were guided through triage. All of the staff were so kind and efficient.

My spouse needed an X-ray first, which was taken straight away, followed by a clean up of their wound and step by step information about the X-ray and what would happen next.

Netty and Sharon were keen to ensure that my spouse was as comfortable as possible, giving them pain killers and answering all of our questions. I would like to thank both of them and the admin staff for their kindness and extra special care.

Kind regards, from the UK.
