Recently, I went to the Regional Hospital for a minor procedure. From the moment I entered the admission office early morning, I was surrounded by wonderful, humorous and caring people.
It seemed no request was too much and I felt all my questions were taken on board and I got informed and easy to understand answers. The staff were wonderful, in my opinion, and the recovery lunch was very tasty!
I left later that afternoon feeling cared for and cared about. I had a list of post-op instructions and I went away confident that the situation was all under control.
Thank you to all the staff at Bunbury Regional Hospital. You do an outstanding job. In my opinion, if you can't give them a pay rise, give them a box of chocolates to share. :)
