About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH) / Armadale Team

(as a service user),

After spending 6/7 weeks in Armadale hospital WA, I needed help with my ability to walk due to nerve damage.

Rehabilitation in the Home Armadale Health Service sent two physiotherapists by name Cyndy & Rebecca, the treatment they gave me was excellent and the patience they showed was outstanding. Five stars all round.
