When visiting my relative I was lead to their room, asked if we wanted tea or coffee. My relative has a team leader, who I believe helps the people with dementia problems or just games.
Very good efforts by staff, in my opinion. I feel it has changed my relative's persona... much more positive. I thank the staff and hope their job is fulfilling.
